Information
We have been teaching Tae Kwon Do to the residents of Lunenburg County since February of 1989, and some of the best instruction in Canada happens right here on the South Shore. Home of YOUR 2014 HMA World Tae Kwon Do Championship Gold Medalists.
We offer the following programs:
- After School Program
- Moms and Tots Program (Ages 3 to 5)
- WTF Certified (Olympic style Tae Kwon Do)
- Women's Self Defense
Book a demonstration, a class for your community group or a birthday party.
Drop in for a free introductory lesson, your full information package and see what martial arts training can offer you.
Facility rental: Time slots are available for instructors (Judo, Yoga etc.) wanting to use/rent our floor!
