Foster your babies natural love of water! 
 
Parent & Tot swim is a great way to build your child’s water confidence and help them adjust to the pool environment.  
 
Instructor Karen Geddes-Selig keeps the fun factor high and encourages social interaction by the use of songs, games, themes and activities.  
 
Parents will learn basic water safety skills and proper holding techniques and babies and toddlers will develop skills such as assisted water entry/exit, blowing bubbles, kicking, floating and water submersion (optional).  
 
We will be following the Canadian Red Cross pre-school program Starfish, Duck & Sea Turtle levels.
