We are a local group practising a Tai Chi style developed by Moy Lin-Shin. Originally an ancient Chinese martial art, 
Master Moy's set is a gentle series of 108 moves that increases flexibility, balance and co-ordination. 
 
The moves are based on the concept of stretching and relaxing the body, particularly the spine. 
 
Once learned, students will be ready to play Tai Chi with more experienced practitioners for life-long exercise in a friendly, relaxed social environment. 
 
Many experts in the international medical community promote Tai Chi as a means of reducing stress and anxiety and easing many ills associated with aging.
