Information
We aim to increase social awareness and emphasize the importance of the community’s role in the development of all youth. 
 
Our main goals of the youth programs are: 
 
- to engage youth through sport and recreational activity 
- increase youth awareness of healthy living 
- to provide youth with skills for personal development and leadership ability 
- ensure all youth have the skills necessary to achieve their fullest potential 
 
We offer a range of youth programming at our High St. location. For dates, times and further program information, please call or visit our website. 
 
All programs are FREE! 
 
Youth Conditioning 
Thursday 6:00PM - 7:00PM 
The YThrive program features 5 unique streams of workouts for youth to choose from based on their health & fitness goals. A dedicated team of YThrive coaches are on site to support youth as they find their ideal program! Ages 11- 18yrs  
 
Youth Basketball 
Thursday 7:00PM - 9:00PM 
Provides opportunities for youth to be active, have fun, and enhance their skills in a supervised setting. All basketballs provided! Ages 11 - 18yrs.  
 
Youth Zone 
Sunday 10:30AM - 12:30PM (ages 5 - 11yrs) 
This program offers youth between the ages of 5 and 11 an opportunity to access unstructured physical activity in a cooperative setting and engage in recreational activities in a noncompetitive, healthy, fun, interactive manner in a safe social environment.
