Youth Sailing Program
The CanSail program offered at LRYC was developed by the Canadian Yachting Association (CYA), which is the national sport organization for sailing in Canada. All our instructors have received training based on CYA national standards and are CYA registered.

The program is designed to provide students with lots of time on the water in a safe, fun and active learning environment, with relatively less time spent in a classroom. No sailing experience is necessary to register in our youth sailing program, just a willingness to learn. The sailing levels offered accommodate beginners and avid sailors alike.
