Exercise while enjoying this fun, social, water fitness class!  
 
Karen will add noodles, barbells and snoodles for resistance and toning, in addition to a little aqua-boxing, aqua-walking and dance-like moves.  
 
Gentle on muscles and joints, but gets your body moving and heart pumping.  
 
Work at a pace comfortable to you.
