The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg hosts a Volunteer Reception every year to recognize the time, talents, energy and commitment that so many volunteers give to this Municipality.
All community groups are encouraged to nominate two volunteers to represent their organization. Volunteer nominations are due March 31, 2015. You can find the nomination form by clicking here.
This year the Municipal Volunteer Reception will be held at the Conquerall Bank Fire Hall on Tuesday April 14th at 6:30 pm. Refreshments will be provided.
Volunteers are the heart of the community and Council is honoured to officially recognize volunteers at this event for all of the countless hours, year after year, that make the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg a great place to live, work and play.
