Take the Roof off Winter is Recreation Nova Scotia’s winter active campaign. Snowshoe, skate, walk, sled or ski: get outside, play, and have fun!
The campaign will officially and virtually launch on World Snow Day on January 20th, and will run until the first day of spring on March 21st.

- Post or find an event
- Become a supporter and receive free swag including red toques
- Organizing a Winter Walk Day for your school or organization
- Enter our contest by sharing your winter adventures and creativity (coming soon on Facebook) and win a great prizes
- Kids 5-12, enter our Creative Expressions contest to win $150 gift certificate to Canadian Tire
