Walkin' In The Mornin'
Get your day off to a great start with an indoor walk in the Lunenburg Community Centre gymnasium.
The gym will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Bring your favorite CD music, walk at your own pace and experience the benefits of a regular walking program.
This is an unsupervised activity.
Cost : Free of charge.
