Chester and Area Family Resource Centre believes that children learn through play and exploration of their environment.
We believe that children are entitled to opportunities that support all areas of their development.
The Family Centre believes in fostering active learning, multiculturalism, integration, independence and parent involvement by providing experiences for positive interactions between children, employees, parents, the Family Centre, and the community.
