Description & Services
Information
Categories for the age groups as follows:
Tier II
-5& under(boys & Girls)
- 7 & under (co-ed scrimmages)
- 9 & under (boys & girls teams)
- 11 & under (boys & girls teams)
- 13 & under (boys & girls teams)
- 15 & under (boys & girls teams)
- 18 & under (boys & girls teams)
The Tier II program will be based at Centre School and Lunenburg fields and will consist (generally) of one game and one practice per week. We hope to get on the fields after the long weekend in May, weather permitting. The game schedule will start during the first week of June.
Players will play in the appropriate age category unless moving up will benefit the organization by adding players to a small team roster or making room in an overcrowded roster. Skill level will also determine if it is appropriate for a player to be moved to an older-age division. (We can not move players up to be with friends.)
The U-7 program will consist of ½ hour of skill instruction followed by an organized scrimmage each week. There will be 4-game days over the summer in the field house. Each game day will consist of two-10 minutes games which means 8-Games over the Summer.
Each player is required to have their own ball for practices other than the U-5’s. U-7’s use a size-3 ball.U-9`s, U-11’s and U-13 use a size 4 ball; U – 15’s & up use a size 5. Cleats and shin guards MUST be worn for both practices and games.
