Information
Nova Scotia Early Childhood Developmental Intervention Services provide province wide specialized services of young children (birth to school entry) with developmental delays or difficulties in their development and their families in a home based environment, free of charge.
Services include:
Home Visits
Transition to Daycare & School
Community Outreach
Toy Lending Library
Referral Service
Resource Library
Support For The Family
This program also works with other professionals to meet the family's needs and concerns regarding the child's growth, development and well being.
Staff are trained to work with families of young children with developmental delays.
Our services are free, voluntary & confidential. NSECDIS is a registered charitable organization (registered as ECDIS Intervention Association). Donations are accepted.
