Health Matters is a program that is available to all residents of the Sable River area.
Volunteer Registered Nurses give their time to record blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm, cholesterol, weight, and test blood sugar every other week.
Topic chosen by participants are discussed with a knowledgeable health provider.
Healthy snacks provided by Women's Institute of Sable River and Area.
