At Dave's MultiSport we teach lifestyle fitness boxing and kickboxing programs .
Our Current Classes are as follows:
Women’s Kickboxing
Open to all skill and fitness levels. Non-contact class.
Women’s Kickboxing classes are varied and include circuit training, bag work, focus pads, kickboxing shield work, weights and cardio.
Get fit, have fun, and learn punching and kicking techniques.
Boxing
Co-Ed. All skill and fitness levels. Contact optional.
This traditional boxing class includes rounds of skipping and shadow boxing, bag work, focus pads, and core workouts. The class has recreational boxers and individuals who are training at the competitive level. This high energy class offers an excellent all-round workout and technical training. Sparring is optional.
Stress-Reliever Boxing
Co-Ed class. Open to all skill and fitness levels. Non-contact class.
Classes are varied and include cardio, punching and circuit training at a medium level. This fun class has an emphasis on punching techniques.
Open Night
Co-Ed. All skill levels. Non-contact class.
Have you always wondered what it would be like to attend a class at DMC? This class is for everyone: the novice and the veteran. The focus is on technique, but you’ll still be guaranteed a good workout. Come and give it a try!
7:30pm Thursday.
For first timers, please contact David to indicate your interest in attending.
We also offer children's classes, personal training and group training activities.
Classes are $10 drop in or $45 for a month pass.
What to bring: Water Bottle and Indoor Shoes
Do you need to register? No! Come along and try your first class for FREE!
