The Yarmouth Farmers’ Community Market is located at 15 Hawthorn Street (near the corner of Forest Street and Hawthorn Street, over from the Colony Restaurant) in the historic district of downtown Yarmouth. 
 
Our market supports over 45 growers, producers and artisans within Yarmouth County and each market day you can find freshly harvested vegetables, meats, baked goods, confectionary, preserves, condiments, prepared foods, jewelry, handmade crafts, and live local music!
