The trail is a wooded loop approximately 1.5 km in length. Access the trailhead off of the DNR Access Road behind Forest Heights Community School (FHCS) in Chester Grant. The route will take you through mixed forest and at one point, handrails a Black Spruce bog before rejoining the access road. Wear waterproof footwear if hiking in the Spring. A great snowshoe trail! This trail was developed by students at FHCS as part of their Forestry and Options and Opportunities curriculum.
